Palak Kofta

Ingredients
Palak (Spinach)
Oil
Clove 2-3
Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Green Chilly – 1
Garlic 2-3 cloves(Chopped)
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1-2
Salt to taste
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1.tsp
Turmeric powder
18% Cream

Boil Spinach in open pan with Salt water (do not cover)
When done. Take out Spinach from pan and put it in blender.
Blend it to paste.
Put it on side.

In pan put some oil.
When hot add cumin seed, clove, green chilly
Add Garlic
When little brown add chopped onion
Add some salt.
When its little brown add diced tomato.
Add Salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
Make nice Masala. which will give you nice smell

Add Spinach paste. Mix it well.
Add Cream
Let it boil.

Add Kofta (kofta recipe see below)

Server Hot


Kofta:
boil potato
cilantro
Paneer
kasoori Methi
Garam Masala
Dhaniya powder
red chilly powder
salt to taste
Corn flour


Mix potato, paneer, cilantro, kasoori methi, garam masala, corn flour, salt, dhaniya powder in bowl
mix it well and make round balls and deep fry in oil pan
