Ingredients:
Red Onion
Bell pepper
Spring onion
Garlic (minced)
Garam Masala
Paneer (cottage cheese)
Chilly sauce
sweet and sour sauce - tsp
Plum sauce - 1tsp
Tomato ketchup
Garlic (chopped)
minced ginger
soya sauce
Maida(all purpose flour)
Salt
Ajinomoto
Water

Prepare Sauce:
Chilly sauce
sweet and sour sauce - tsp
Plum sauce - 1tsp
Tomato ketchup
Garlic (chopped)
minced ginger
soya sauce
Mix it together.

Paneer marination:
In bowl add Maida(all purpose flour), salt, ajinomoto, garlic, water, soya sauce. make thick paste
Add Paneer
Mix it well
In pan add oil.
deep fry Paneer and put it on side.


In Pan heat oil
add bell Pepper, add onion saute
stir it keep it crunchy.
add Fried Paneer
stir it.
after 2 mins add Sauce.
add garam masala and ajinomoto
stir it.

put it in bowl.
garnish with spring onions.

Eat with with naan..
