Butter Chicken

Ingredients
2-3 tsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin seed
2 green chillies
5 clove of garlic  (chopped)
Ginger Crushed
5-6 laung
3-4 moti ellaichi
2 tej patta or Bay leaves
1-2 ellaichi
30-35 Cashew (crushed) -if you are allergic then don't use
.5 tsp red chili powder
1.5 can tomato puree
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Kasoori methi
Small bunch of coriander leaves
.5 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
10% cream
Tandoori Chicken



Note: Cut tandoori chicken in small pcs(Please see tandoori chicken recipe.. you can use Chicken Breast)


Add butter in pan. Let it melt
Add cumin seed, green chili, tez patta, laung, moti ellaichi, ellaichi
Now add ginger and garlic paste.
After couple of mins add tomato puree
Let it cook for some time.
Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chili powder, cashew powder and powder kasoori methi.
Cook it for some time.
Add coriander leaves
Add tandoori chicken.
Cook it for some time again and then add cream.
Let it Boil.


Server hot and garnish with coriander leave/
