Harayali kofta in white gravy

 Ingredients:
for White gravy
Onion
garlic
ginger
cashew
oil
cardomom 2-3
Cloves 5-6
Garam Masala 1.5 tea spoon
yogurt
cream 33%
Kesar in milk
salt (to taste)

for Kofta
Spinach
boil potato
cilantro
Paneer
kasoori Methi
Garam Masala
Dhaniya powder
red chilly powder
salt to taste
Corn flour


Make Onion Paste:
Put Onion, garlic, ginger, cashew in pan. add water and let it cook for 15-30 mins (make sure onions are very soft). let it cool and blend it to paste..

White gravy:
Heat oil in pan
add cardomom
add cloves
add green chillies
saute for few seconds
add onion paste
mix well and saute for 3-4 mins
add garam masala
mix well
add yogurt
mix well
boil it for 2 mins
add cream and salt
mix well.


Kofta:
Mix potato, paneer, spinach, cilantro, kasoori methi, garam masala, corn flour, salt, dhaniya powder in bowl
mix it well and make round balls and deep fry in oil pan


Heat White gravy
add chilly powder
and kasoori methi
add little more cream
mix well
let it boil

add safroon which is mixed in milk
Let it boil for 2 mins
