Rai special Paneer

Ingredients:
4-5 tsp spoon oil
1 spoon cumin seed
2 green chillies
5 clove of garlic  5-6 clove (chopped)
1-2 tej patta or Bay leaves
20-25 Cashew (crushed)
.5 red chilly powder
1 can tomato puree
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Kasoori methi
Small bunch of coriander leaves
.5 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Paneer 250 gm
1 tsp honey or to taste
10% cream

Heat oil in pan.
Add Cumin seeds, Green chili, Tej Patta, Cloves
Now add chopped garlic. Let it be little golden brown.
Add Tomato puree.
Cook for some time on medium heat.
Add Cashew powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala. Chili powder, kasoori methi.
Let it cook for some time.
You will see oil from gravy.
Add honey to taste.
U can smell the spices
Add paneer and let it cook for some time .
Add chopped coriander.
cook it for 2-3 mins..
Add cream.cook for 1-2 mins.
Serve hot.. with Naan Bread..
