Curry Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken - 6 legs
4-5 tsp spoon oil
1 spoon cumin seed
2 green chillies
5 clove of garlic  5-6 clove (chopped)
1 tej patta or Bay leaves
Half red chilly powder
2 Onion Chopped
1/2 can tomato puree
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala
Red chilly powder - according Taste
1 tsp Kasoori methi
Small bunch of coriander leaves
.5 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 cups of water

Heat oil in pan.
Add Cumin seeds, Green chili, Tej Patta, Cloves, 1 cardamom
Now add chopped garlic. Let it be little golden brown.
Add Chopped Onion
Cook it until its golden brown.
add some salt
Add Tomato puree.
Cook for some time on medium heat.
Add  salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala. Chili powder, kasoori methi.
Let it cook for some time.
Add chicken, mix it with Masala
cook it for 4-5 mins
Add chopped coriander.
add 2 cups of water
cook it for 30-40 mins (make sure chicken is cooked)..
Garnish with corriander

Serve hot.. with Naan Bread..

1st  marinade:
Make cuts to chicken. Put all chicken in bowl
Add salt to taste.
Red chili
Ginger and garlic paste
Lemon juice
Mix it well with chicken.(specially on the cuts)
Put aside for 15-20 mins

2nd marinade

Yogurt   5-6 tbs(take out water using muslin cloth)
Salt - according to taste
Mustard Oil  - 2-3 tbs
Orange color – to change color
2 tsp Coriander powder
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
Red Chili powder – according to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp kasori methi powder

mix with chicken and put aside for 30 mins..

Pre heat oven on 400-425 degrees.

Put Chicken in oven and keep checking after sometime if its properly cooked.

Garnish with:
Chat masala and Onion
Put lemon on side..
Goes with coriander chutney
